How do i write guitar notes onto sheet music but with the notes, not the chord boxes?

like you would do on a piano but on guitar instead? I know all the notes on the frets eg C#, F but how do i write it onto sheet music cos i don't know whats middle C on guitar. Also can i convert it onto piano if i've written it on sheet music?

Thanks xHow do i write guitar notes onto sheet music but with the notes, not the chord boxes?
It's the same for any other instrument. Just write the notes. :)

Middle C is 5th string 3rd fret on guitar. How do i write guitar notes onto sheet music but with the notes, not the chord boxes?
The notation for guitar and piano is identical, except guitar doesn't use a bass clef because the lowest note you can hit on a guitar is only the first E below Middle C.

Middle C on a guitar is 5th string, 3rd fret (or 6th string, 8th fret).
