Tabs, however, are really easy to get a hold of. If you're unsure about how to play them, look it up- it's very easy to grasp. The numbers refer to the fret and the lines refer to the string. Thus:
E-----3-----0-----0
B-----2-----2-----2
G-----0-----0-----2
D-----0-----2-----2
A-----0-----3-----0
E-----3-----0-----x
this would be G, C, A chords. The only thing tabs don't give you is the timing. Another good way to pick up the song is to YouTube ';Rise Against Hero of War Lesson'; Loads of people post videos of how to play songs.
