How to I turn tabs into sheet music with guitar pro 5?

I have guitar pro 5, and I'd like to make sheet music out of tabs.How to I turn tabs into sheet music with guitar pro 5?
Go to 'View' (at the top between Sound and Options)


On View you should see ';Hide Tablature'; and ';Hide standard Notation';


These control which ones you see, so just click on the Standard notation button to view it and then click on the Tablature button to hide TABs





I usually have both visable.
